LIABILITY INSURANCE course provides students with knowledge of the insurance coverage relating to liability. This course emphasizes on the principles and sources of tort which are the basis of liability, the categories of persons who may incur liabilities and the legislation governing them available policies coverage, so as the limitation and quantum of a claim. Topics to be discussed include scope of coverage, underwriting, claim procedures and documentations and policy administration.
