ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT introduces students to the concepts, tools and issues of management in organizations of all types. The emphasis is on the role as a supervisor and manager of staff in an open social system, and the relationships necessary with other specialists within the organization. This course aims to provide students with an awareness of the skills required to operate effectively as a manager in the organization.
