ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR course provide an overview of organization
structure, behavior and culture. It enables understanding and explanation of how and
why people behave the way they do in organization and what impact organizations have
on people’s behaviour. This course emphasizes on approaches and concepts in an
organizational and human behavior including organizational behavior theories,
communication and leadership, motivation, decision-making and conflict, and
negotiation which encourage critical exploration of their usefulness in relation to
organizational behaviour.
