Property Management in Facilities Management (FM) refers to the administration, operation, maintenance, and strategic management of buildings and real estate assets to ensure they function efficiently, safely, and economically throughout their lifecycle. In FM, property management focuses not only on financial performance, but also on building performance, user comfort, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT course provides students the overview of property management, which includes basic concepts of property management, property rights, leasing and tenancy. This course also exposes students to the concepts of property investment, valuation and depreciation of property.
